Returns Overview:
At Well Mart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, our return process is simple and straightforward.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 3 days of delivery.
- Products should be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Perishable goods such as food or flowers
- Imported products returned after completion of the return process may incur a 20–30% deduction from the refund amount.
- Shipping costs for the return are non-refundable and the customer bears them.
- The item must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within the specified timeframe (3 calendar days from receipt).
- If the product is not in the exact condition required (unused, original packaging, etc.) the return may be refused or deductions applied.
